  • Milk: 1 quarter scoop
  • Baking powder: 2 teaspoons
  • Vanilla: 1/4 teaspoon

To prepare pistachio cake, first turn the oven to 180 degrees.

Mix the flour with baking powder and sift three times.

Separate the egg yolks and whites. Beat the yolks with the sugar and vanilla until creamy.

Then add the melted butter and stir for a while to mix.

Then add half of the pistachio powder and mix until smooth. Beat the egg whites in a separate bowl to puff and double in size. Add yolk to the mixture and mix with lychee.

Then add the rest of the pistachio powder to the flour and mix. Then add milk and flour mixture to the ingredients in 2 to 3 steps and mix.

Pour the pistachio cake batter into a greased and floured pan and place in the oven at 180 degrees on the middle layer for approximately 35 to 45 minutes.

Take the pistachio cake out of the mold and decorate it with powdered sugar or pistachios.
